OUR HISTORY

Palmetto Insurance: A Legacy of Trust, Expertise, and Exceptional Service Since 1982

Palmetto Insurance was formed in 1982, bringing together three well-established South Carolina insurance agencies with more than seventy-five years of combined experience. We now have locations in Anderson, Belton, Clemson, and Greenville, and continue to be a South Carolina-owned and operated business. As an Independent Agency, we are licensed in all states throughout the Southeast, giving us the ability to insure businesses and organizations that perform work nationwide.

Our agency has grown to partner with 50+ insurance companies that offer a broad spectrum of coverage to best handle all of your insurance needs. We don’t stop at just selling insurance products, we also work with clients on their claims management by helping with safety seminars on an as-needed basis. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and have policies in place to ensure our staff maintains this high standard. At Palmetto Insurance, we have built a reputation for backing our policies with outstanding service to our clients.
